2-Minute Morning Quickie
Dempster’s Bagels
Vitamin Surprise
Dempster’s Whole Grain Bread
With so much negative press about carbohydrates and gluten, many Canadians had forgotten the nutritious benefits of bread. To show them that bread contains many of the same vitamins and minerals as fruits and vegetables, we created a series of hidden-camera videos featuring comedian Gerry Dee. The campaign has exceeded 1.6 million views and Dempster’s Facebook community grew 25% to reach over 240,000 fans.
Feel Good-o-Gram
Dempster’s Healthy Way
Dempster’s needed to find a fun, memorable way to convince time-starved Canadian’s to skip the fast-food line-ups and make more breakfast sandwiches at home. But we knew an ordinary recipe video wasn’t going to cut it. So instead, we created the 2-Minute Morning Quickie. The result was immediate. After being shared on Reddit, YahooNews, Creativity GreatAds and practically every news network, even CBS, ABC and MSN in America. In the end, our little recipe video, with it’s equally modest media budget, was viewed by millions of people.

To launch a new bread called Healthy Way, Dempster’s and their television AOR had produced a commercial utilizing the James Brown song, “I Got You”. We were told to leverage the song online, but due to rights issues we were also told that we couldn’t sing the song, impersonate Mr. Brown or lip synch the song. Undaunted, we set out to create a video that couldn’t help but make people feel good.
